Sometimes Ebay is a blank canvas for the wandering artist (or graffiti-tagger, as the case may be)... Hmm, wish I could think where else on the 'net people gather to spew creativity and share links and such.

I think the original poster (not me, the eBay poster) was suggesting this is a new Barbie product ... like Glitter Dancer Barbie!, or Crack Whore Barbie!
