The game should have an option to install Mozilla and set it to not allow unrequested pop-up windows -- you then automatically win!

Wow, I got 81 before someone distracted me and I clicked in the wrong place. They start to come really really fast after a while.

Not quite a realistic simulator though - not enough of the ads were for porn sites.

Not quite realistic - when you close one window, it should spawn a few more as it dies.
