on an only tangentially related note, where do you get 2g2 & 2g3 from? Who refers to it that way? I mean, according to Sega (and the spreaders of a well known if over-hyped recent panic), the 2000's are 2K, as in NFL 2K2, or Y2K bug.

2k2 or 2g2 saves only one digit, so maybe it's not worth the split second of confusion? Just sayin'.

Except when you say them aloud, muckster.

Of course, if you really want to win those dead or alive arguments, it's hard to beat the Dead People Server.

Missing from the list:

American Civil Liberties, 225. Killed by overzealous and shortsighted Bush Administration.

I like Who's Alive and Who's Dead, but they are also missing Dee Dee Ramone.

The most important people are always missing from those lists, like my good friend Jason Panic, who drowned off the coast of Hawaii last month. Too bad you never met him, let alone hear of him. Rest in peace, Jay.

Well, I think it's a street thing.

At least, if you get all of your street knowledge from Will Smith, that appears to be the case.

Is it still the Willennium?

Even the Celebrity Death Beeper missed Glenn Quinn. (Yeah, the name means little to most people -- he was "Doyle" on "Angel" and the moody son-in-law on "Roseanne").

It's not only the Willennium.
It's the new Willennium.

Thanks for that, muckster. My Dad isn't on those lists, either, though he should be.
I don't mean to be a downer....I did just now file my entry for the Lee Atwater Invitational Dead Pool.

I miss the Celebrity Death Plane website -- I think I first saw it in 1994 or thereabouts. Anyone else remember it?
