Kenneth Lay Charged. The link does not actually reveal any stories containing this phrase. Neither does "Ken Lay Charged" or "Kenneth Lay arrested" or even "Kenneth Lay under investigation".

Yes, he is. A search on "Kenneth Lay" will bring up some 800 or so stories. When I tried it, the top link was to a Reuters report (in the Times of India and other publications) with the following lead paragraph:

"US investigators are expected to bring more charges in the Enron Corp probe in weeks ahead as they keep squeezing mid-level managers to build cases against former top bosses Kenneth Lay and Jeffrey Skilling."

AFAIK, Kenneth Lay has not been charged with anything. Yet.

Next topic?

Exceptionally lame, CrazyJub. See LinkLessPost and Newsfilter for why. Also, when searches don't find exactly what you want, remove overly specific search terms.

Not to pile on, but well, I'll pile on. See my accompanying MeTa post.

Is there a way to link directly to a particular MeTa post, akin to clicking on the timestamp in MeFi?
