This is SunGodsUniverse. "...this is not an ‘ego’ site... This place is for others like myself, or simply anyone who appreciates something unique... Love me of hate me, they will never forget me." Damn straight, rock on. Be sure to visit the Crystal gallery and check out his pics. (this site deserves a better post than this, sorry).

I didn't think it was still legal to wear hair like that. Dude, David Lee Roth is out. Just FYI.

This place is merely for my own amusement, and somewhere to share with others what I have done/etc... This is the same for most homepages you will find on the internet, mine just happens to be more... Remember to never be quick to ‘assume’ things... If this place overwhelms or bothers you, you need simply surf to a new destination...

At least he's sharp enough to make a preemptive strike against the snarks of the world.

the long hair links are good. ..in which you find goodies like this.

It was a very expressive site. I found it a little too purple for my liking. I would find it difficult to meet SunGod without laughing uncontrollably although I could not explain why. Big hair metal is overdue for a comeback .

Shades of the Asian Prince and the apparently defunct--and if so, late lamented Curry (wasn't that once at rubberburner.com?).

Speaking of long haired men...

Exceptional link, and staggeringly comprehensive. There are no words. Thanks Stan.

Oh yeah, and Sungod is pretty cool too.

I had long hair, but it seemed like I was supposed to look as un-feminine as possible (cat calls got old quick). but I think this guy missed the memo (the link stan sent). cool to see the years, but... the smirk and poses?

the smirk and poses?

Awesome.

By the way tomplus2, I looked, but I couldn't find out where Sungod's lair is. Is he European?

He seems to inhabit a fourth dimension where very few others are allowed to go.

tomplus2 and Stan, those links are great. Here's some more I googled: This issue's Samson and this gallery of long haired men. These guys definitely deserve one of these. And let's not forget the ladies such as the Seven Sutherland Sisters whose hair reportedly had a collective length of 37 feet or Diane Witt, the woman with the longest hair on record. And then there's this woman who has a paysite for those who'd like to pay to see her kinky locks. And just for fun, a yahoo support group for those men who lack facial hair.

SunGod appears to be from Florida, as per "Writings on the Wall:"

I’m tan, have golden hair, and live in FL :-) At one point I had a song which was called SUNGOD, which was about an ancient people who upon a time was visited by a traveler from the sky, a being of great miracles and wonders... He gave them many things and showed them many sciences, but then he had to leave... On the day of his departure, the people begged him to stay... Alas he could not, but did say that there will be a time of his returning... Until that time, They will build his temples to remember his name, this great teacher the SUNGOD. Anyway, its more fun than just using ‘Cliff’ :-)

poopy: Take a look at the enter.gif. It does not animate. The site doesn't work with my version of Mozilla or Konqueror due to some suspect javascript.

What the hell is that shirt made out of? Some kind of wrapping paper? I mean, I get the whole thing that he's going for, but, sweet Jesus Christ, that shirt probably insulates against a broad spectrum of radiation, if you know what I mean.

sorry abez, i was agreeing with you about the whole unnavigable thing, just trying to make some horribly bad humor, and succeeded... horribly.
