I'm not sure I understand the Chat with Clyven Online link. In fact, it appears that it's a simple javascript question/answer script.

What's the point of that?

the point of it is that they were too lazy to add some sort of a random delay to the "mouse's" responses, thus making it even more obvious that everything on the site is entirely fake.

They are fakes indeed.
Male Pregnancy has been up for more than 3 years. Well, the site has been redesigned since then (oddly nice looking website).
