Now if only someone would apply the same kind of sanity to the Mike Diana case.

I feel sorry for all the people out there that wasted their time with the "Free Kevin!" campaign. Why free Kevin? He committed crimes and showed no remorse for them. I watched a few TV interviews with him, and he comes off as a complete jerk, citing that his hacking was a 'game' to him. If I had been the target of one of his cyber attacks, I'd have wanted him in jail too. Costing people time and money is not a game.
