E-pest trading cards I suppose they should put "spurious metafilter poster" in there too...
I saw something EXACTLY like that in The Happy Mutant Handbook, except it's about USENET, not email...It's amazing how well stupid people fit into stereotypes...

Oh, that's a very good book, btw. I reccomend getting it from the library, if not buying it.

Frauenfelder and Branwyn, who created these trading cards, were editors of and contributors to the Handbook. If anyone has a right to recycle the idea, they do.
