The position of the trigger and the pose of the Mickey Mouse & Donald Duck squirtguns disturbs me slightly.

I find it dubious that "who invented the Super Soaker" is really a F.A.Q., on this website, or anywhere else frankly. Still, very cool!

Best water gun is a hose. True, you lose mobility, but you more than make up for it with firepower.

When they first came out, I bought one of those squirt guns that looks like a real semi-automatic pistol. Not a great idea on the part of the manufacturers, and they weren't on the market very long at all, of course, but I used to use it all the time (esp. in college, inside - LOL) with no problems. Now, however, I mostly just keep it boxed away - I should toss it, but eventually it may become a classic in some way - *grin*

Things sure were a lot looser 15 years ago. I had a battery operated water pistol that looked much like an Uzi. And it didn't have any of those orange bits either. Even had it in my carry on on a flight from Vancouver to Toronto. They made me check it on the return flight. Wouldn't even think about trying that now even if you could get a squirt gun that actually looks like a gun.
Now that I think about it what the heck were the baggage screeners thinking on that first flight when they let it through with out so much as a look see.
