When I saw the main link, I actually thought this FPP was about quonsar.

Wow! But can I hook them up to a Krell preamplifier?

Thanks, hama7. It's always good to see Victrola-style machines get their due. I have a couple friends who are fiends about this stuff, and coincidentally spent much of last Saturday night listening to 78s on a couple crank machines, arguing the relative merits of Raymond Scott's and Art Tatum's versions of "Get Happy."

There are some interesting articles on this site, but I gotta say, I was bummed when, after seeing "Free Classified Ads," I clicked to find ...

* Acoustic Phonographs For Sale (0)
* Electrically Amplified Phonographs For Sale (0)

Where's the love?

Awesome! I have a stack of old records for these things, but no machine. I've been meaning to do some research on them, but you know ... hadn't sat down and done any yet. This reminded me I need to bump that up a few notches on the list.

Wonderful link! Another fun site in this line is Nipperhead - a bit hard on the eyes, but lots of neat things to be found.

It's good to see your signature style of luscious links on our front page again, hama7!
