Wow. Great link, especially if you are a cooking nut.

For more great cooking tips, I highly recommend "What Einstein Told His Cook: Kitchen Science Explained", by Robert Wolke. It's a wonderfully written look at the science behind every aspect of cooking, and it contains many nice techniques and recipes.

He does mention AB in one episode. I can't find the interview link, right now, but he's definitely working with Alton Brown. Check out Good Eats Fan page I'm sure it would have the information somewhere.
