The Smoking Gun has a copy of the wedding video mentioned on Drudge with George W. Bush. Bush tries to be sarcastic and funny. I certainly wouldn't say he's obnoxious or drunk at all.

Seems like your average obnoxious wedding drunk making fun of his friends. Not an election killer at all. Matt Drudge is really trying to make something out of nothing these days.

I had trouble deciding whether he was drunk or slurring his words as part of his clowning around for the camera. He downs the rest of his drink at the end like it was a tequila shot, but even that could be Shrub's wacky sense of humor. Every time people in the Bush camp are quoted as saying it was sleazy to release the video, as someone did on the Drudge Report, it makes the tape sound worse than it is.

As much as I despise the idea of a man like GWB becoming the President of the US, I must say, this video is lame. You'd have to be a pretty obsessed tee-totaling freak to think a video of a man drinking is headline news. He's not even being "obnoxious," he's joking around at a wedding. I mean, I think I'm at least twice as capable of running the country as he, and I'm far more obnoxious. And have been far more drunk.
