I call a foul on the last question. I have never heard the thing in an ice cream maker called by that name. I've only heard it called a "paddle."

5/5, and there was no guessing involved. Just google for "ice cream dasher" to find references to the agitator in an ice cream maker.

Um, where's the game part? This is just another quiz and a rather stupidly obtuse one at that. Without even knowing any answers I got a 4/5, woohoo!

And Dnash, as a budding artisan ice cream maker I had no idea what they were talking about either so don't feel bad. I would have called it a mixing paddle or something like that.

I vote this as the lamest post of the day.
