--"Trevor Potter, a former chairman of the Federal Election Commission, called the call sheet's language 'extraordinarily ill-advised'."

The language is ill-advised?? It's the corruption, stupid!

--Donald L. Fowler, then Democratic national chairman, says : "I'm sure I never said anything like that to him or anybody else. It's unwise."

"Unwise"? Translation: too honest.

I'll have to remeber Dan's argument next time someone accuses the NRA of buying off Republican Congresscritters.

Shocked, shocked I am, that the NRA supports the GOP and the trial lawyers support the Democrats. At least the system is transparent.
