Murder-by-snakes - Was this a recent TV show plot or something?

What the hell is it with Little Rock?

MeFites, the decedent is identified as "Computer programmer Garrick Wales, 48, from Kilmacolm in Inverclyde, Scotland" in the Beeb article. Start Googlin'!

[insert joke about blaming the Clintons here]

Well, I found some list traffic about Novell Border Manager, and contact info (whee), as well as a URL:

http://www.handmade.co.uk/

which points to an empty directory. Fiddlesticks.

Here's the contact info:

Kind regards,

One of the best books I've read in years, Bangkok 8, starts out with an American marine in Thailand being thoroughly disposed of in a moving car by a lot of seriously angry little snakes, plus a large boa constrictor.

I take that back. It's actually "a methamphetamine-stoked python and a swarm of stoned cobras." In any case, not a good combination.

Snakes: bad. Box of snakes: really bad.

lelilo - I'm not so juiced on the minutia, just the broad vista.

Box of speedy snakes!....... always a notable death, and for many reasons.

Take this thread.

But, I'd swear that snake death was once a more common plot device - and that it ebbed a little in the 90's.

Ah yes. The 90's snake death dearth.

I'm nearly certain that the the well-documented 90's snake death dearth has its' roots at an airbase near Mena, Arkansas.
