(linked page needs Java, sorry) Victor Wooten's Bass and Nature Camp sounds interesting. Bass guitar and music master class in the woods, with animal tracking, meditation, health, and basic wilderness survival lessons.

Embracing minimalism, rejecting modernism and complexity. Taking life to the base needs. Bass rhythms of life.

It's like, some of the great folk musicians came out of backwater places they live in dirt floor shacks and no electricity or running water, away from the pace of life set by machines and a world set by the rhythm of natural order. I think its pretty cool.

That sounds OK, but I'm waiting for his brother to have a camp. Futureman's Synthaxe-Drumitar / Outer Space Camp. That's gonna really be something.

Students will not use knives in any of the Nature exercises to allow for extreme care in the protection of the students' valuable Bass-playing hands.

Aww, man.
