That settles it. I'm voting for Colin Powell.

Between that and this, well... I'm going to refer to this as the "all-singing, all-dancing Bush administration" from now on. It's all deeply strange.

I heard about this on Air America (more here). Apparently this is some sort of Indonesian custom.

Indeed, gay innuendo is popular across much of south-east asia... oh wait, the dancing, right.

bluno: According to AP Asia, Albright performed in 1997 dressed as Eva Peron.

It seems that it's not entirely unusual for high-level diplomats to perform silly little musical bits. I remember back in mid-2001 Powell acting out "El Paso" with the Japanese foreign minister, Makiko Tanaka.

Now the endgame is upon us. The rapid self-destruction of our species is at hand.

You notice the mainstream news sources have pulled most of the photos? Like rats fleeing a sinking ship.

As long as every fourth newspaper in America runs "A," I'm happy.

Republicans have always been pro-gay, that's why they don't want to saddle them with the bonds of marriage....

You know, I'm flipping through Revelations...cause an emissary of the Bush administration singing a homoerotic anthem, dressed as a construction worker, while in Indonesia...has got to be one of the signs that the seals have been broken and the apocalypse is upon us...

I'm probably not the first to say it, but the routine looks like he researched and rehearsed it considerably better than his burlesque in front of the UN last year.

Also, whoever says that black men can dance better than white men based on mere biology has got a lot to learn. ;^)
