AlexWarp is a small java applet that lets you warp, stretch, distort and then save image files.
Bakk N Tha D-a-i-y-e, I downloaded this applet and put it on my employee-intranet web site, replacing the picture of Bill with a portrait of our then-beloved CEO [currently indicted for securities fraud]. It amused many of my cow-orkers as we wiled away the days watching our stock options crumble.

That Rainbow applet is pretty trippy, too. Remember those swirly colour-shifting screensavers that were all the rage back in the '90s? It's like that, only you can draw on it.
