Goths for Bush: We began with a short reading from Poe and discussed the true horrors of life under George Bush. It was agreed that there is no hope, only pain and sadness and that he would continue to provide us with the same. (via WOW)

Here is a lovely poem from the site. I've definitely changed my vote after being moved to a meaningless show of tears.

george bush

the night falls in a heavy, suffocating cloak, entwined are we.
the salvation from bush we lust for
flares once, then dies again,
swallowed by a velvet ebonite nothingness.
all hope must surely perish if he wins.

his passion throbs no more.
how could he tear us asunder?
his shadows surround us all, crying,
save us from ourselves, we will follow you.

Just discovered this site as well:

RightGoths

Terribly boring and earnest with little poetry, but presented for the sake of completeness.

RightGoths: Gothic. Freaky. Conservative.
We're off a rocky start.

The nine most terrifying words in the English language are, 'I'm from the government and I'm here to help.'

*Noise of repressed deriding chuckle*

Let me try: "I'm George Bush And I approve of this message."

'The vote in Florida is still too close to call.'

10 words, but whatever.

The Gipper said 9 words. 9 words -- don't you have any respect!?! *Grumble*

Well, they've got the whole pasty white thing down. They'd fit into the Republican party like porch climbers.
