To Whom It May Concern: This letter is to be considered an authorization to condantiques, a seller on Ebay, to offer on auction, for the Feinstein Foundation, the 1919 Original Ruth contract to the highest bidder which exceeds the reserve. All proceeds of this sale will go to charity.

Back in the day, New Jersey was the Delaware of its time because its incorporation statute was very corporation-friendly.

When there was talk of dropping the Providence Plantation part of our state name, I was all in favor of changing it to the State of Rhode Island and Alan Shawn Feinstein. I wonder what he's going to give us this time. I hope it's a pony.
