About time I got paid to sign NDA agreements and listen to management-types blather about company growth... Although, I wonder if anyone's really going to pay $15 to talk to a lowly editor of words... Wonder what amount and when Imaxo makes a buck out of this? only at the hire?

Imaxo is either making good money--headhunting is a big $$ business...some companies get a % of the first years salary...

or they are doing the usual dot-com thing of giving away investors money.

the money comes from the companies doing the interviewing. they take a look at your resume and decide whether or not it is worth X dollars to interview you. [you set the dollar amount yourself.]
