Neither snow, nor rain, nor camera flashes...

Neither snow, nor rain, nor heat, nor gloom of night stays these couriers from the swift completion of their appointed rounds, but they will stop and take a picture if you ask nicely. Cameramail shows that the USPS has a sense of humour and are good sports.
Nice find, riffola.
The most striking thing about the photos is how sad the post office seems. Perhaps it's a function of fluorescent lighting and a crappy camera, but the photos all seem so bleak to me.

I thought this was great. Thanks, riffola. This was my favorite one. I'm surprised by all the people involved in delivering mail.

Yes, brilliant. Should be done for every job sector in the USA.

I'm surprised they've not had the FBI come knocking, wanting to know why they want so many photographs of US federal employees and what they plan on doing with them ... :)

Can you spot the most likely candidate in the bunch to "go postal?" :)
This is cool. Thanks riffola.

The cable nooses hanging in the background of some of those shots are a bit disturbing. I guess it's better if a postal worker hangs themself rather than going on a shooting spree though.

This is simply ingenious. And YES, it should be done for every sector. You know, I live in very small town in northern New England, where the Postman (person) is someone that knows everyone and is a good friend of so many. Even the dogs get excited to see her as she brings treats and plays with them.
These pictures remind me that these guys are real menches and I really count on them, every day of the week.

Most excellent, riffy. I sent it to my postmaster buddy, who is sure to get a kick out of it.
