i've traveled in Serbia and Montenegro and it's really strange. Their is so much ethnic hatred but it's all kept out of sight now. I was with my Muslims friends from Montenegro in Belgrade and my buddy James was looking at some art at a flea market.

The guy selling the stuff asked the girls why would he would want to buy anything from him if we where their friends. They told him that he was American and didn't know better. James bought a bottle with an Arch Angel on it and we left.

I asked the girls what happened and they said the stuff was very pro Serbian. I guess it was almost like someone with Jewish friends buying Nazi memorabilia.
