I'm not sure what the scatterplot is, but the paper was awarded Best Paper and Best Paper on Chickens
at PoCSci '02.

dirtynumbangelboy, it's chicken easy. You just chicken the chicken and chicken it to the chicken (sorry about the chicken, I am chicken learning chicken so I don't chicken which chicken stands for chicken in chicken).

Introducing the Petticoat 5, designed especially for women. The keys are bigger to accomodate long finger nails, the space bar is an emery board and there is also an attached mirror.
