growing popularity of the online dating space and the enormous success of the iPod

...two great tastes that taste great together. This is synergy for airheads.
I have an iPod and have used several dating services and this just doesn't seem to offer any advantage. Do I really want to look at my potential hook ups on the subway, while I'm on my way to work?

I have found friendship and love on my iPod, its called music I really like and reminds me of good times I've spent with my friends. And I know my iPod really likes me as a person too.

I want someone to cross networked console gaming with a dating site so you can play Halo AND find a new girlfriend (and then blow her up!).

if they could find a way to suggest matches based on playlist comparison then i'd be impressed.

the sad thing is, i can see this succeeding with some degree of success - until someone starts hosting a website poking fun at all of the worst video personals.

Possible unintended use: you could load profiles on your girl/boyfriend's iPods...as a hint.

Yeah, um...that video quality sure is impressive. Where am I gonig to find room for personal ads on my iPod? You can't make me delete my porn!

Seven women. That means if I I had a video iPod, I'd be able to view all seven of the profile videos at least once before the battery died.

Wow! What a great idea. The web ... on paper!

I look forward to buying a published copy of the Internet the next time I visit my local Barnes and Noble!

That would make for some intensely boring music conversations.

Is this part of that plot to send me unwanted porn on my wireless iPod that the Catholic Church warned me about?
