Apple Cubebook?!

Apple Cubebook?! Sounds like Apple is working their ass off to get new products out to show in January. The Cubebook sounds cool and I am sure there would be pictures if MacOS Rumors wasn't in Apple's back pocket.
Don't forget, he was the one with the Cube photos last time - everybody always says, "Oh, man, he just makes this crap up!" but there they were... An alternate take on the current crop of rumors actually seems a little more plausible from a timing standpoint, but then Steve's boys did manage to keep the lid on the Cube until only weeks prior to MWNY.

Hmm, if AppleInsider's heard of it too then I'm more likely to believe it. Especially with an expo coming up.

But the story on AppleInsider said that it wouldn't be available any time particularly soon, so you might as well go ahead and buy your iBook. I am much more inclined to believe AppleInsider.

Apple is currently "clearing the channel" on a lot of its products, so at the moment you can get some pretty good rebates on just about everything. This probably means that some new stuff is coming out at MacWorld SF in January. So if you're thinking of getting a new machine from them, your choice is basically 1) buy an existing product now at a discount, or 2) buy a new product in January at full price.
