The Greatest American

Yeah, but the Hulkster was born in Australia. None the less, I love seeing him when he does his comeback routine in the ring. He looks like he's done for, then all of a sudden you see him rally. The final blow by the bad guy only makes him madder. You could never stop him after that. (Of course it was all rigged). Now its all T & A.

I once saw Andre the Giant sit on Hulk Hogan's face -- live and in person in Madison Square Garden. My friend said: "You couldn't pay me enough."

I got water spit on my by HHH at the Tacoma Dome.

I was disappointed by how small they all were.

I guess I hoped they were all eighteen feet tall, like on the tee vee.

"The Greatest American"? Or merely "Great American"?

Certainly a Real American, who fights for the rights of Every Man.

Wow, I'm Canadian and apparently I don't hate America (and Real Americans) as much as you do. For shame.

He wrestles. He makes movies. He RAWKS. Is there nothing the Hulkster can't do?

If you moused over the link, you could have determined, as I did, that it was Google Video and about Hulk Hogan. Then you could have kept on with whatever it is you do that is so far superior to said video without crapping in the comments.

When will Hulk Hogan defeat the terrorists and restore my civil liberties?

Until then, he's just an American, possible a real American, but just an American.

Possibly the most underrated moments in television history are when Hogan "Hulked Up", feeding solely on the screams of 7-15 year old boys (like myself at the time) that gave him the fire to defeat his enemies. Suddenly, giant punches that sent him across the ring had no effect. A kick that would have crushed ribs a moment ago, were useless. Hulk Hogan was "on" and the bad guy was about to find out what he was going to do when the 24 inch pythons went wild on him.

I wasn't sure he was really a great American until the reality TV show. Then I knew it was true.
