stream itunes to your PSP

Cool (windows only) bit of software to allow those reading (with Windows pcs, wireless networks, itunes & a PSP) to stream their mp3 libraries over their wireless network to their PSP. I know this probably doesn't apply to too many people here, but hopefully those to whom it does find it useful.
iTunes/PSP = painfully middle-of-the-road
Winamp/Nintendo DS = teh bestest

Nah, not what I meant...
I just meant that I find PSPs and iTunes painfully un-innovative. Sorry to, like, get your hopes up.

bummer. I agree with you on the winamp side of things, although when we're talking about free software, it doesn't hurt to have a copy of itunes on my machine, even if I don't use it that often. As for the DS/PSP... let's just say we disagree.

Come to think of it, since the DS can run Linux, I guess you probably could play mp3s on it... but I think that's pretty techie to set up.
I'll shh now.

I'm running SlimServer on Ubuntu instead of iTunes on Windows to funnel music throughout the house. I'm hoping that Sony's next drop of firmware will open up the streaming and RSS feeds enough that this combination can work. It's either that, or find someone who's hacked the LocationFree protocol, because the PSP will do that out-of-the-box today.

I prefer MP3 RSS Feeder as it doesn't require iTunes.

Outlawyr: Your detached ignorance makes you cool.
They were a fine company, though they obviously failed to market themselves in such a way as to become generally recognizable by the slack-jawed internet public.
