Paris to Kabul. They won't be the first, or the only to embark on such adventures, but Manu (photographer / technician) and Sophie (journalist) are on a great adventure from Paris to Kabul in a very small car.

Is there a version of this FPP for English speakers? Besides the historical articles and the wiki on the Citroen.

I'm not a French speaker, so I had a bit of a hard time navigating the site. I couldn't find any indication of their proposed route.

Are they planning to go north or south of the Black Sea and Caspian Sea?

In other words, are they going through Turkey and Iran, or through Ukraine, Russia, Kazakhstan, and Turkmenistan? The southern route has better roads and is more direct, but...

Looks like the first post is Lyon and the second is Greece, but I'm not sure about the rest. It doesn't seem like they are posting daily.

I'm sorry about the language barrier - I hesitated before posting, but figured some might enjoy. You can run the site through babelfish - it comes out a bit jumbled but you can get a general idea.

I wouldn't say a 2CV was very small. In Europe it's about average sized for a cheap car.
