Here's an idea for struggling web-based publishing tools
Jump-start the reflective process by prompting webloggers on what to write about.

There were no links to the so-called "A-List" bloggers in there.

Societal impact: minimal.

Next up, an article about how some web sites use "threads" to generate topic-specific conversations.

You know, a split-frame layout like that might work well on Metafilter. (Links on left, comments appear on the right.)

The metafilter side thing? Huh? I'm confused. Please don't call me names, but I've never heard of anything like that. I've only been a member since last August, though - maybe I've missed it somewhere.
