My latest complaint about the Internet: too much good...and even great...photography on the Net. And photography is seventh on my list of passions.

Oh well. I've bookmarked it, anyway...

(BTW, I found a piece of terribly bad fiction for my H.S. English students to criticize as an excercise...bad Internet stuff can be used now and then for good purposes...as many linguists... [e.g. Language Log]have discovered.)

BTW, the use of Google by linguists is used by descriptivists (describing how language is actually used by people) as opposed to prescriptivists...who use it too, I guess...Language Snobs...those who would say "It is I." instead of "It's me."

Nice. I like the way he finds menace in innocuous situations - that 'something is about to happen, and it's going to be bad for you' feeling to some of the photographs is fantastic, it's like he's threatening us with things rather than showing them to us.

(And tellurian, you made me laugh out loud. sgt. - I see that the www.HullFilter.com is available.)
