We've discussed cane toads here before, but this is something else again. The movie is 25+MB, but worth the wait.

2. Cane Toads are tough, some toads left squashed with their guts hanging out of their bodies have been known to slowly re swallow their innards and hop away.

holy crap. Thats too hardcore. Im not positive i buy that.

They may be able to re-swallow thier own guts, but they can't reproduce without females

I have one of these in a big jar of formaldehyde! It's sort of a family heirloom. (I get left all the weird stuff.)

now if only their country was overrun with the cane toad's relative, buffo alvarius, they could all just smoke the toad venom till it didn't seem like such a big deal anymore.

I know this has been said in the other threads, but Cane Toads: An Unnatural History is one of the best documentaries ever made.
