Wasted West is a nice short film that pumps some fresh blood in those dried up veins of the western genre.

In the words of Ms. Feist, let it die.

Actually, now that I actually watched it, it's not that bad, if a little gory. I think Andre Albrecht's done better work than this though.

I'll see your "Italo Zombie Western" and raise you one

Are zombies the new pirates or something?

Zombies are the old Snakes On a Plane.

I wouldn't mind seeing a decent western involving zombies. And not that Guy Pearce crap from 7 years back.

I'll take my resuscitation Deadwood styles.

Though to be fair, that was pretty amusing.

I've got it on my harddrive, and will here recomment it.

I got pretty freaked out when it turned out they were Zombies.

Ravenous? I thought that was rather good.

Ravenous was about cannibals/wendigo myth anyway, and was rather good from what I remeber of it.

Wasted West was quite fun, but how come the zombie dog could run instead of just shamble?

Pretty cool, but I couldn't help wonder if he was intentionally ripping off Deadlands, which has been around for a few years. I think they even copyrighted the term "Wasted West."

Talking of Westerns and cannibalism, let's not forget Cannibal! The Musical.
