Th-th-th-that's all, bitches. [YouTubeFilter] The Hunter gets his lyrical comeuppance from MC B. Rabbit in a freestyle bout on Robot Chicken, which is apparently a television show of some kind. Via Jaime Weinman, one of the half-dozen or so best TV/film writers on the Web, especially for fans of old cartoons.

Heh. That was pretty good. Although Elmer Fudd won that battle IMO. Bugs' rap was kinda weak.

Robot Chicken, which is apparently a television show of some kind.

My calibration has been kinda off lately so I don't honestly know if this was meant as snark. I only mention it because Robot Chicken is pretty well known in my neck of the woods and it struck me as odd that poeple would be completely unaware of the show.

If you really are unfamiliar, I strongly urge you to rent/ buy/ download the series. It's quite good, and many famous voices have contributed over the last couple of seasons.

I'd really never heard of it. HOW GOOD CAN IT BE.

I live, apparently, in some kind of hidey-hole in the ground, where all we have to watch is Joss Whedon shows on DVD. Over. And over. And...blissfully over.

That's a nice hole, I've spent some quality time there myself. I've seen Firefly enough times that I can swear pretty proficiently in Mandarin. Seriously.

HOW GOOD CAN IT BE.

Pretty damn good. The shows are only 15 minutes long and the format is just like someone flipping through the channels on a TV. Some of the jokes are less than 3 seconds long. It's very ADD friendly. Lot's of actors from Joss' shows make appearances as well; I know Sara Michelle Gellar has been on it a couple of times doing different voices.

I'm pretty sure it's just a bunch of stuff that Seth Green and his buddy find funny. Which is fine by me.

Robot Chicken is okay, but to me it's a pale shadow of Twisted Toyfare Theatre.
