O.k., so I'm checking the first few out here at work, where my computer is without speakers, and I just gotta say...What the fuck?!?!?! Buddy boy in the suit sure helps further the stereotype about white guys and dancin', that's for sure!

No, the most surreal experience I had with a mascot involved the Red Cross blood drop guy wandering into the Anthro 101 class I TAed for. Giant, 300 person lecture hall, the lecturer totally oblivious to the fact that everyone was staring at the furry blood drop doing a jig in the left doorway.

God that really is weird. I mean, the whole setup and everything sounds so obvious, like just dumbass TV people doing something stupid but when you actually see it. It's like, just so bizarre.
