A similar site with more/better search terms is Posteritati. Full disclosure: A good friend owns the business and his wife (an even gooder friend) designed the site. But no monetary kickbacks for me, dammit.

Searching by film title often returns fresh images of familiar classics. Try The Conversation, or Blue Velvet.

But you can also search by poster nationality, which will turn up all kinds of cool iconography promoting movies you might not think to search for (e.g., Dumbo, Lust for Life, The Adventures of Tom Sawyer)—plus beautiful and/or WTF? posters for movies you've never seen or heard of (e.g., Dragonfly, Son of Mongolia).

A real time-waster! Two thumbs up!

In a small town, these were your trailers. It was a special occasion when the movie house downtown would switch them out in two windows, either side of the entrance (once a week unless the manager got a deal on another month of Gone With The Wind or Dr. Zhivago). I'd stand and ponder over them while my mom was at a store. The poses were wooden, eyes unfocused and obviously a renactment for the still cameraman of the scene just finished. You had to allow a little leeway for that when deciding if it was worth your time. As if you weren't going to see it anyway. My dad was a fireman so I got in for a quarter.

The manager was a cheap sadist. Just now I saw a lobby card with Ernest Borgnine and the tears and nausea returned.
