Sorry, I gave up. It takes TOO LONG to load. Life's too short to wait that long, especially for something I probably will get bored with and quit before the end anyway. (I mean, really -- #41?? There's at least 41 questions?? Sheesh.)

Cute (esp. 'CLiCK THE SMALLEST ONE', where the question # was the answer, and the wave your mouse around the colours to read the message comes to mind) but some of the 'logical' puzzles is annoying.

posted by Mr.Encyclopedia at 8:30 PM on February 27, 2007

Mwah-ha-ha. Yeah some of them are just stupid (why the fuck is cardboard egg mayonnaise flavored?) and basically require trial-and-error, which is annoying. I'd love to see some of the really evil ones removed -- the creative ones are enough fun that this game really doesn't need the sadism factor. I still haven't beat it myself, though I can get into the 80s pretty reliably.

Oh, and,

Downloading the flash file and opening it with media player classic allows one to cheat. The space bar will skip frames. Hence holding down 'space' let's you scroll through frames of the flash movie.

That's a nice bit of help towards finishing the game.

It was kind of fun, right until "The answer is really big", wherein all four of the answers were plausibly correct ("answer" really big, "really big", infinity, and "an elephant") but only one ("an elephant") was the "right" one. Clever I like, but arbitrary is nonsense.

Don't quote me, but I think this question is a pun on the adverb "really," and reads it to mean that the answer must refer to a real entity. The first three answers are conceptual, but the elephant is (at least for now) a real animal, so there you go.
