Can someone tell me, in 100 words or less, if this is a real brouhaha or a "the Internet got a free ride for a long time and is now complaining that it has to join the real world" issue? (Not that it can't be both.)

Also, an OT: Flash 9 (for Looooonix) messed up my sound so now I can only get sound from Flash. Are there any Flash-based radio sites?

Sorry, I missed that. I did a Mefi-search for "Copyright Royalty Board" and nothing came up. :-/

Admins, feel free to delete as a dupe if you want, though the link to the publicity campaign might be worth keeping.
