Tidningar. It's a funny name.

Magazine fetish? Like flipping thru mags when you're bored? Tidningar lets you look thru a bunch of Swedish mags, page by page, ads and all. Neat if you're into design. (The link on the left under each mag is full screen--on the right is regular.)

Cool dobbs! And this couldn't be more timely, because when I woke up this morning, I suddenly realized that I had the ability to speak and read the Swedish language. And I never could before. Weird.

You do realize, vronsky, that there are other countries where languages other than English are spoken.

Pity that reactions like yours create a chilling environment here for those who dare post something not written in English.

three blind mice, I think vronsky liked the site, Swedish language notwithstanding. These magazines often focus on pictures more than text, if my casual flipping through 'em was any indication, so language is less of a problem in any case.

Thanks, dobbs. Is there a story behind how you found this site?

Jätte bra. :D Fun also to see the articles in Populär Astronomi for things that have come and gone already, like Deep Impact or Huygens.
