Comically Large Things is a blog about things that are so dang big you could fit everything at Smallist [previously] in any given entry. For example: nose! [via Projects and our own jbickers]

We had one of those giant slide rules in my high school math department. When a handful of us math geeks did really well collectively on some national exams, the school decided to pencil in some pep-assembly time between the football team appearance and the rally squad's floor show to have us march in with the thing over our shoulders. It was fantastic, if kind of bewildering to behold.

While I'm sure they are practical, I've always thought that these trucks were comical in their largeness.
