WriteCloud is a collaborative writing game where the wisdom of crowds guides the cursor. Kind of like a web 2.0 version of exquisite corpse with letters instead of drawings. [via mefi projects]
Oh, hey. Yeah, this is a site of mine. Cool. Um, so it's a bit slow at the moment, but thanks for the link, eoligarry! The text is getting a tad silly, now.

The way the text has been appearing reminds me a bit of an Ouigi board.

That's a really interesting concept, chasing. I wish the rounds would end faster, though -- we've been stuck on "I think I am a dork" for half an hour now, with three guesses to go.

I got on it when it was moving rather quickly, and it was fun! It just requires sufficient people.
And possibly some way to keep it from repeating letters once everyone knows what the last letter is going to be and submits it all at the same time.

It would be cool to combine something like this with that Dasher thing that lets you select letters like you're in some kind of psychedelic alphabet racing game. Too tired to look up links now, sorry.
