That's not just any anime girls. It's Kagami and Tsukasa from Lucky☆Star.

The mooing is coming from the bipedal walking tanks, which are from Metal Gear Solid 4. The biological component of them is similar to a cow, so

This kind of went from amusing to disturbing and 'right round the back entrance to amusing again.
After seeing that, YouTube wanted me to watch something called "Sailor Moon Tourniquet Evanesence" which isn't nearly as interesting as you'd think.

I've seen a lot of this because of Heroes. Hiro yells "Yatta!" with fists in the air, and nobody bothers to read the captions and assumes it's the Japanese version of "Woohoo!"
I assume there were captions... either that or I googled it.

See? If Japanese don't like you're game, all you need to do is stick some cute anime girls with ka-razy hair in it and it's instant win. Or they could just pirate it and mod it themselves, whatever.
It was funny to hear CJ shouting insults in the background. I think the Japanese voices were just dubbed in after the video was taken from the game.

I was, of course, ironically using a Japanese phrase that now seems to becoming increasingly common outside of Japan but becoming devoid of its original meaning or use, to make an ironic comment on the innate coolness (or not) of just mindlessly adding anime elements to a video game. Yes, that was it. Yatta!

Actually, "cool" (meaning neat, nifty) in Japanese is Kakkoi.

Kakkoi is a word that 9 year boys use a lot to talk about manga. Adults use a slightly different version of Japanese, but what do I know?

My wife also uses 'kakkoi' to describe dashing men with good looks and nice bottoms.
