Bill Maher gets slammed by 911 truthers in response to his New Rule: "Crazy people who still think the government brought down the Twin Towers in a controlled explosion have to stop pretending that I'm the one that's being naïve. How big a lunatic do you have to be to watch two giant airliners packed with jet fuel slam into buildings on live TV igniting a massive inferno that burned for two hours and then think, "Well, if you believe that was the cause?" Stop asking me to raise this ridiculous topic on this show and start asking your doctor if Paxil is right for you."

I'm with Bill on this one. Doesn't mean some stuff shouldn't be investigated. But these "truthers" are insane.

I'll turn off my humor detector and mention that Paxil is prescribed for depression and anxiety, not psychosis.

Oh for fuck's sake. This is a shitty post because it's a shitty video made by crazy people. And you're grinding an axe.

I assume I can stop watching the first video when the crazy person starts talking after Bill Maher? Because I did.

I also assume the second video is irrelevant? Because it is.

Nutcases make the internet so much better. Can you imagine the it without them?

Why are we even behaving as though this is some sort of debate between two theories deserving of roughly equal weight?

It's like debating whether water is wet or dry.

Or whether evolution or intelligent design is the more valid theory.

Or whether Radiohead and / or Coldplay suck a lot or just a little.

Apparently the truth doesn't take into account those pesky physics equasions. "Go back to kindergargen and play with blocks," indeed. It's not the path of least resistance these crackpots need to be focused on but the path of most force, which in the case of a building stucturally weakened by a massive jet fuel fire would be towards the gravitational pull of the Earth, also known on Earth as "down".
