I just finished reading Goodrick-Clarke's "The Occult Roots of Nazism", and the batshit insanity of Lanz von Liebenfels stuck with me.

However, the whole Hitler connection is very doubtful, according to that book. The dates claimed don't match up, etc. And Hitler seems to have been almost completely uninterested in philosophy, religion, and occultism.
