Warbears Mission 3 is finally ready, just in time for Flash Friday*. Previously.

*Yes, I know it's still Thursday for some most of you, but not all.
And besides, I need help now! I can't even get past the first checkpoint :-(

Starting spoiler

Use the remote from the bear on the right to launch a missile, if you follow the map up above where the hostages are, there is a landing spot. From there you can deploy some sort of robot.

I don't know what I'm supposed to do, but I can damn well blow up that bear in the bubble over and over and over.

After the landing, you can redeploy the warbot to a number of control panels, including the crane control and a chain control. They are the little blocks of light freen squares. Be careful not to go over the light blue line! (though hitting the walls seems to be fine).

ugh, light "Green" squares.

Wow, when I said 'bear on the right', I was apparently forgetting which hand was which, it's the bear on the left with the glasses, and km is right, from the landing zone you can deploy to several different control panels.

Okay, I'll do as quin and keep spoiler stuff in small:

As far as I can tell, you need to take the warbot to the green block in the top left corner, and open the crane tools compartment. Then take the warbot to the green block just down and to the left of the landing pad, and access the crane controls.

From there, you move the crane as follows:

position 2,
up
position 3
position 4
down twice (important step - attaches boat lifting strops)
up
position 5,

Then keep lowering until it reaches the boat. But I don't know how to hook it from there to the boat. Nor do I know what to do with the bombs, the chain, and pulling the lever only ends in pain.

After fifteen minutes of exposition, I gave up. Guy has no sense of timing whatsoever.

If you lower the chain all the way to the bottom after lowering the boat hooks, you can toss grenades at the bear ball at medium power to make the robo-fish follow the the heat of the explosion.

If you slice off a short length of chain after slicing the fuel line, you can bait the fish to the center with a flaming giser. Then throw granades at them.

can't figure out what the hell is going on, mindless minutes of dialog, and then a weird remote controlled robo-rocket-bear-something or other attached to a crane I can't see but am somehow supposed to control.

Brilliant.

Excellent. And then the samurai guy can hook up the boat and take it up, and we're at stage 2!

You know, if you didn't know this was a flash game, this would be a uber surreal thread.

It felt like it ended a bit abruptly - but I apparently only completed 74% so now I've gotta sit and figure out what else I could possibly do...

Screencast of how to 'tilt' the crane with the rocket.
