Just right click, copy link location, paste, and it'll work, mr_crash.
It just doesn't want a redirect from MeFi.

Bookmarked for reference should I ever write a horror novel. Good god. I can't figure out how to directly link to a pic, but the one under reptiles on the snake on the fence -- aiii!

For some of us, those pictures forecast the last thing we will ever see in our lives. I'm hoping for the stork mouth, because it seems a fitting bookend for my life. It is, from what my mother tells me, the way I got here.

The linked pelican pic looks disturbingly like a urinal. Also, thank heavens for limiting the gaping to maws.

(since hotlinking is out)
What a great photo. I love burrowing owls. The one on the right is me, this morning. And the one in the hole is so, so focused. And the fact that it's an OWL in a HOLE makes it even better! AN OWL IN A HOLE! Gotta love it.

A wonderful bird is the pelican,
His mouth can hold more than his belly can,
He can hold in his beak,
Enough food for a week!
I'm damned if I know how the hell he can!

Oh man, thanks for the first belly laugh of the day! Totally loved this post. What a great idea to collect gaping maws. It makes me laugh just to write gaping maw, such a funny cliche term, so out of use. It's tempting to look right into that maw and see what the heck is in there.
He's missing way out on the Cute Overload factor without miscellaneous creatures, like baby hedgehog.

I wish there was more action in the forum. This was re Horse Maw Shot, which, by the way, sounds like a drunken and forlorn exclamation from the Old West.

Congrats Horace. This is literally the first time I've ever heard anyone say that they hoped for a link to be goatse. Be proud.

I think I've been on the internet too long because "Horse Maw Shot" sounds much more like something you actually stumble over while looking for some nice, quiet kinky porn and quickly try to scrub from your brain.

When I saw this link, my first thought was "they better have some mandrills up in there, or the whole site is wasted."
And they did! Also Drills and Baboons. So, um, good job, gaping maws site. I would link, but they seem not to like direct links to their images.

Friggin' brilliant. Would have never thought of it too. It's the internet equivalent of "If the door doesn't open when you push, try pull."
