Love those scans. ooh. Wonderful visuals. This one is so mid-century. Rhapsody of Steel is such an Industrial Revolution fantasy music idea, a Fantasia for steel manufacturing. I like the Artzybasheff's Machinalia too.

Huh, the middle image here is the soon to be demolished Civic (Mellon) Arena. It wasn't actually built until a few years after this film was made but they must of had the plans already.

I'd highly recommend the podcast in the second link, it really puts these sorts of films in perspective. They were definitely a product of their time.
