If you who hear a symphony each time you open a beer, here's a little Friday fun.

(Check out the 'Behind the Scenes' video too.)

NB: Flash and music.

What's the tune? Vaguely resembles the 'Big Country' theme, but I'm not sure.

That was very fun. Especially the "Behind the Scenes" part. Thanks.

The tune is the VB Stubby theme :-) And yes, I thought of 'The Big Country' too.

This is one of my favourite Australian beer ads.

Pretty cool. The conductor looks like the president from Independence Day. Sweet!

That's great! Thanks ej. I haven't seen a VB ad in many, many years, but as soon as it got to the right point in the music the deep, manly voice started in my head:

You can get it ridin. You can get it slidin. You can feel it comin on around four. A hard-earned thirst needs a big cold beer. And the best cold beer is Vic. Vic Bitter.

VB is fuckin ambrosia after you've been mowing the lawn, it's 32C and 98% humidity because the storms are rolling in and and it's been in the freezer while you've been outside. The rest of the time it's cat's piss.
