great products, some of which i use regularly, if not daily.
the symmetrispokes are overrated, though. that's just my opinion. i tried them, and they added little to my speed or comfort of ride, and the serviceability benefits didn't add up, if you could deal with the workaround - of using left-handed spokes in a right-handed spot. it's a bit of a backyard workaround, but it works fine enough for me.
sometimes i feel that Sheldon was taking advantage of his audience.
