Taaz is a fun, easy-to-use website that gives women the opportunity to “try on” the hottest makeup and hairstyle looks from the convenience of their homes. From creating the perfect smoky eye to painting on a dramatic ruby-red lip for a night out on the town, taaz.com allows women to become their very own makeup artist and create the perfect look for any occasion.

Requires a free sign-up to upload your own picture, but you can play around with stock headshots to see how it works.

Registration was surprisingly simple, tools were surprisingly robust. Styles were surprisingly mainstream.

Oh, I see terrible, wonderful things coming from this, having (as other folks have already telegraphed here) essentially nothing to do with the ostensible purpose of the site.

I'd like to think that the folks who put it together thought of that, and are okay with it.
